Marinda is a truly spectacular coach. In only eight sessions together she helped me get such clarity and focus, that thanks to her I was able to start a passion project that I have been "stuck" on for two years! It was astounding. She is attentive, asks the exact right question at the right time, and left me feeling inspired and motivated, as well as with the right building blocks to achieve my goal step by step. I came to work with Marinda when she was invited to conduct a workshop for team building based on the personality of each individual at our department. While the department was quite large, the session was led with great professionalism, and I enjoyed Marinda's openness to questions. I therefore asked her to be my coach as I was making the leap from my day job as a Global HR Specialist to starting my own business as an Executive Coach.
